Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of initial booking
50% refund available if cancelled within 48 hours before the first session
No refund after the first coaching session has been completed
Package deals: Pro-rated refunds available for unused sessions
Consulting Services
Full refund if project is cancelled within 48 hours of agreement
Partial refunds based on work completed and deliverables provided
No refund after final deliverables have been submitted and accepted
Digital Advisory Services
Full refund available within 7 days if no work has commenced
